  • The sides of the table are more important than the ends. 80-90% of the shots  will come from the sides of the pool table.
  • Poles have little impact in the game, its long walls that make a whole side un-playable.
  • Do not use the outside dimensions of a pool table to determine space. Use the inside dimensions of the pool table. The numbers shown below the pool table size, are the inside dimensions. That is what you need 5 feet all the way around to have full play.
